  • Themed temporary tattoos for all of your party guests (due to COVID we will be giving these out in wrapping to take home rather than applying during the party)
  • Party staff in costumes and/or accessories

Ninja Warrior Birthday Parties

Are you ready to party like a Ninja and take on the Kids U Ninja Warrior Obstacle Course? Be prepared to climb, jump, hang and fly your way into FUN with friends!

A Kids U Ninja Party Includes:

You supply any food or cake that you want our party team to serve the children. The cost for a Ninja party is $525 for 15 kids plus $21 for each additional child. MAX OF 20 CHILDREN. A non-refundable deposit of $200 is due when you book your party to guarantee your time and date. Ninja Parties are only offered on Fridays at 2:30pm or 5pm Saturdays at 12:30pm for children turning 5-9.

Kids U Birthday Party Guidelines

General Party Information:

  • Kids U will allow a maximum number of 20 children per party with a maximum of 25 people in the facility (e.g. if there are 20 children, 5 adults are permitted. If there are 15 children, 10 adults are permitted).
  • Adults and children over age 3 in attendance must wear masks.
  • Parents of party guests will be required to complete a waiver in advance of the party.
  • Children will be placed together in groups of 10 and will split time between the PlayQuad and the Gym. They will all come together for the cupcake celebration during the last 20 minutes and will be spaced appropriately for social distancing in the party room.
  • Please do not bring outside decorations or paper goods.
  • Outside food is permitted but we ask that everything be pre-cut to limit handling.
  • Please provide cupcakes instead of a large cake for the birthday celebration to limit handling of food.
  • Kids U will provide individual water bottles and/or juice for each child.
  • In lieu of singing “Happy Birthday,” Kids U will play a recording and guests will clap along.
  • Kids U staff will remind party guests frequently to maintain social distance from one another in a fun and engaging way, using props, signs and markings on the floor. 
  • Gym and PlayQuad time will be modified to adhere to social distance guidelines.
  • Guests will use hand sanitizer several times over the course of the birthday party. Everyone will wash their hands with soap prior to eating cupcakes. 
  • Party timeslots will be spaced out to allow for adequate cleaning in between parties.

Drop Off/Pick Up Procedure

  • Parents/Caregivers will be required to wear masks at drop off and pick up. They will check their children in outside without entering the Kids U facility.
  • Party guests will use hand sanitizer upon arrival, before entering Kids U.
  • Kids U staff will direct children to either the PlayQuad or the Gym.

Staff

  • All staff members will have their temperatures taken before each party.
  • Staff will wear masks for the entirety of the event.

Cleaning

  • Equipment, surfaces, and bathrooms will be cleaned before each birthday party.
  • The facility is disinfected daily.
  • A professional cleaning service employed.

Party like it’s 2020…let Kids U bring the party to you! We are now offering “Birthday Parties To Go!” We will supply all of your paper goods, balloons and staff to run an outdoor celebration. You supply the backyard, kids, drinks and food. We are booking backyard parties on Saturdays and Sundays, please email portchester@kidsu.com for more info!
