  • A themed mylar balloon for the birthday child to take home
  • Theme oriented music

Kids U Birthday Party FAQS

WHAT DOES KIDS U PROVIDE?

Kids U will provide the napkins, plates, cups, utensils, tablecloths, drinks and decorations for the kids.

WHAT AM I RESPONISBLE FOR BRINGING?

You are responsible for providing food, cake and drinks for the adults. (alcohol not permitted) We do strive to be a nut free facility so please do not bring in any nut containing products. You are also responsible for providing goody bags should you want to hand those out.

WHAT IS YOUR DECORATION/BALLOON POLICY?

We ask that outside decorations be kept to a minimum. Please do not bring in anything that needs to hang to the wall or ceiling. We are not able to inflate balloons, but you are welcome to bring in balloons if they are already inflated. We do prefer that if you have outside decorations and/or paper goods that you arrange to bring those in the week leading up to the party. Balloons should not be dropped off in advance.

WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF KIDS PERMITTED?

Kids U will allow a maximum number of 25 children per party, 20 max for Ninja Warrior. All children in attendance, over 18 months, will be counted in your final head count.

DO YOU HAVE A REFRIGERATOR/FREEZER

Yes, we have a refrigerator and freezer where we can store your cake/ice cream cake until it is time to be served.

WHEN DO I FINALIZE ALL THE DETAILS?

Kids U will send you a coordination email 10-14 days prior to your party. This email will provide a run-down of the party and you will fill out a google form attached to that email which will give us all the information we need.

DO PARENTS HAVE TO FILL OUT A WAIVER?

Yes, we will email you a link to the waiver the week of your party. All parents must fill this out for their children.

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Please do not arrive more than 10-15 minutes prior to your party starting.
